One of the bottom rollers came off of Mr. Korinos’ garage door. This led to the door shifting in place, and the roller on the opposite side coming out of its track as well.
Once we had the opener turned off and the customer’s car outside of the garage, we hand raised the door off its tracks. With a clear garage space to work with, we replaced the missing roller and tightened it on as secure as possible. Then, our last task was putting the door back into the tracks and reconnecting the opener and lift cables.
